Good Friends!

Liz, Jenise and I got together at my house to visit and have lunch. It was so fun to see Jenise, I have only seen her once in 6 years. Liz and I see each other quite a bit, our kids are good friends.

Nap Time

Today the girls are a month old. I wish I could say time flew by, but it didn't! They took a nap together today and every time I checked on them they were in a new cute position. I know I have been posting lots of pictures of them lately, but these are so precious.

3 weeks old

This was taken today. In 3 days they will be a month old. They are awake a lot more and are trying really hard to smile.

They are starting to notice each other. When they see the other one they get an intense look on their faces and hold really still. It's so cute!

The twins are 2 weeks old today. Here are some pictures of the last two weeks.

The twins are here!!!

We had the twins really late Tuesday the 24th. Presley came first and weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces then Hadley came 8 minutes later at 7 pounds even. Everything went really well and I didn't have to have a c-section. Presley had to spend a day in the NICU because she had some of the cord blood go into her and it made her blood too thick. We came home with the babies 34 hours later. We are so blessed to have these two sweet spirits join our family. Here are some pictures.

Crazy Brinly

Kaden and Alex were riding their motorcycles and taking them off some jumps. Brinly decided that she could do anything they could do and started jumping hers. She thought she was the stuff!!!

Kelsi's 3

I can't believe my baby is 3, but it's a good thing since we have 2 more on the way!!! For Kelsi's Birthday we took her to Jungle Jims and she had a blast. She was so funny on the this roller coaster, she absolutely loved it. I can't believe how fast it was. Grandma's and Grandpa's came over later for cake and ice cream.

Grass at last!!!

We finally have a front yard!!! We still have to put rock in the very front by the road, but for the most part it's done. They had a ton of extra grass so they just put it in the backyard. It's kind of a pain because there are no sprinklers. I told Phil I wanted a swing set for Mother's Day and I got it. My brother Danny helped Phil put it together while I sat on the tramp and gave them directions. The kids love it!

I went to the parenatologist yesterday and both babies look really good. Baby A is already 5 pds 9 oz and baby B is 5 pds 4 oz and I'm only 33 weeks. That girl at the bottom of my blog who is pregnant with six isn't looking so big any more!!! I think I'm going to pop.

Kaden's Birthday

Kaden is 9!!! I really can't believe I have a 9-year-old. That makes me old! Kaden had a few friends over and had an x-box pizza party.

32 weeks and still growing!!!

Wow!!! Here I am at 32 weeks. I can't believe how big I am getting. I decided the tight shirt with stripes really makes me look big. Being pregnant with twins is so much different than one. I never thought misery could go on this long. You know you're big when your husband stops making jokes and just looks at you with pity. There is one positive and that is that I don't have stretch marks yet. The ritual of rubbing every sort of stretch mark cream and oil on my belly at least twice a day has worked so far. I really can't believe I don't have them because it feels like my skin is ripping all the time. I run into the bathrooom, pull up my shirt and look for them, but I have been lucky so far.
Everyone asks when I think I will have these babies and I think I will go to the last week in June. We are getting very excited to see the new additions. Kelsi can't wait for the babies to "jump out", Brinly is going to be the best little helper ever and Kaden is still trying to get used to the idea of 4 sisters.

We found out that both babies are girls!!! Phil and Kaden dealt with the news better than I thought. I shed a couple tears, mostly because Kaden had been praying for a brother for over 2 years and I knew how disappointed he would be. My doctor changed the due date to July 15th. I feel like I should have a week or two left and I have 15. They both are on track and look very healthy. The hardest thing for me is finding and deciding on a name and I have to find two - HELP!
